Cambridge Forums brings together small groups of professionals at the top of their fields to share, learn, and expand their network. We partnered with them to redesign their website and develop a robust ecosystem of web services, all working together to complement the high-end Forum experience and expand their operational capabilities.
Cambridge Forums has grown to become the leader in their space, producing exclusive workshop experiences and bringing together elite groups of attendees to tackle complex industry initiatives. We designed the website to elevate the premium nature of the brand by offering a deeper look into the business, the breadth of Forum offerings, and the striking locations they take place in.
As we explored ways to digitize the product, we developed a series of interconnected systems that lead from the website and extend the Forum experience online. The Dashboard and Online Community systems allow members to interact with the Cambridge Forums team and with each other, elevating the experience and bringing valuable connections online. Each system is deeply integrated with both Wordpress and Microsoft Dynamics, leaning on the combined strength of their content and contact management capabilities.
Working collaboratively with their team, we developed a dashboard concept that modernizes the way participants experience the Forums, with each member given access to personalized suites of content and tools. The platform marks a dramatic shift in the way members interact with the brand, and alleviates operational bottlenecks by streamlining and automating customer management.
Perhaps one of the most important aspects of the ecosystem is the Community Discussion platform. An extension of the Forum itself, the Community allows participants to engage with one another, bringing those in-person connections online as members expand their network and deepen relationships cultivated at the Forums.
